Refund Policy

Definition: A Return refers to the process of returning an item purchased from Muezza Foods (or "Seller"). Returns may be required in the following situations:

The item(s) received is defective or expired.

The item(s) was damaged during transit.

The item(s) is missing from your order.

Incorrect item(s) was sent.

In some cases, a return may result in a refund.

Note: We highly encourage customers to carefully review the product listings, images, and descriptions before making a purchase. Muezza Foods will not be liable for returns or refunds in cases where the customer has ordered the wrong item.

Return and Refund Rules:

Consumable items such as food, supplements, and treats cannot be returned or refunded if the seal is broken.

In the event of a damaged or missing product, the customer must submit a return request within 24 hours of delivery. The customer must provide photographic proof of the damage within 5 days of receiving the product.

Items being returned must be unused and in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact and undamaged.

If Muezza Foods approves the return request, the customer will need to return the product. A refund will be issued after the product passes a quality check by our team.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product undergoes a quality check.

The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging and invoice.

Refunds will be processed once the product has been received, typically within 10 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund. For COD orders, refunds will be made via the Bank account or UPI ID provided by the customer.

Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
